Under the patronage of the President of the University of Kirkuk, Professor Imran Jamal Hassan, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Law and Political Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Murad Saeb Mahmoud, the College of Law and Political Science, Division of Continuing Education, held a scientific symposium on professional behavior and institutional loyalty in Hammurabi Hall within the college.
The symposium, which was lectured by the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Nawzad Ahmed Yassin, Assistant Professor Dr. Saadoun Haseeb Aref, and Assistant Professor Dr. Hussein Talal Malallah, aimed to provide attendees with the skills necessary to effectively integrate into the institutional work environment and enhance their understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
The symposium addressed several topics and focused on promoting positive institutional behaviors, increasing loyalty to the institution, motivating faculty and staff to be innovative, and developing their performance in line with the institution's strategic objectives.
This symposium is part of a comprehensive program to qualify and develop faculty and staff and contributes to improving work performance and increasing their efficiency.
