The College of Law and Political Science organizes a scientific symposium on the role of the university in strengthening the national identity of university students

Under the patronage of the President of Kirkuk University, Prof. Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Law and Political Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Murad Saeb Mahmoud, the College of Law and Political Science, Continuing Education Division, in cooperation with the Subcommittee for Cultural and Intellectual Affairs at the University of Kirkuk and the Student Activities Division at the College, held a scientific symposium on the role of the university in strengthening the national identity of university students in Hammurabi Hall in the College of Law and Political Science.

The symposium was held under the chairmanship of the head of the university subcommittee, Assistant Professor Dr. Hussein Talal Malallah, with the participation of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Murad Saeb Mahmoud, Professor Dr. Saddam Marir Hamad, Professor Dr. Sami Hassan Najm, Assistant Professor Dr. Arkan Haider, Professor and Dr. Maad Saleh Hassan, Assistant Lecturer Ramadan Muhammad Al-Mashhadani, Assistant Professor Dr. Hello Muhammad Saleh, Lecturer Dr. Qahtan Yassin Attia, Assistant Professor Dr. Basem Muhammad Aryan, Lecturer Dr. Mariwan Saleh Ahmed, Assistant Professor Dr. Najwa Najm Al-Din Jamal, and Dr. Raeda Ahmed Yassin.

The symposium included presenting research papers on strengthening identity from a political, legal and religious perspective, especially since the university plays a broad role in this regard through the colleges organizing seminars, events and workshops aimed at instilling national culture, love of the homeland and promoting peaceful coexistence among members of society.
