The thesis, which was discussed in the presence of the Dean of the College of Law and Political Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Murad Saeb Mahmoud, aimed to address the extent to which the alternative arbitration system can be applied to the regular judiciary in a two-tiered manner, similar to the appeal process in the regular procedural appeal system. The research addressed these topics at the local and comparative levels.

The thesis concluded that the rules of appeal in both its two levels can be applied to arbitration. Thus, the scope of arbitration extends to the first level and then to the second level through a specialized body.
