The thesis, which was discussed in the presence of the Dean of the College of Law and Political Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Murad Saeb Mahmoud, aimed to identify, analyze and identify the variables that affected the making of (Israeli) foreign policy, and to study the role of official and unofficial institutions in formulating this policy, while presenting a future vision for the prospects of (Israeli) relations with Arab countries such as Sudan and the Emirates.
The thesis concluded that regional variables, such as Iranian threats, as well as international variables, including US policy under the Trump administration, played a major role in pushing (Israel) towards strengthening its relations with the Emirates and Sudan as part of its strategy to confront security and economic challenges.
