The study aimed to review the opinions of jurists and legislative applications in matters of the contract concluded between the two methods of the rich representation contract and the rights and obligations of each party and their effects and analyze and translate them according to a modest scientific perspective.
The study concluded that the artistic representation contract is one of the important contracts that relate to the rights of (the producer and the actor), and that the purpose of publishing artistic works is either to achieve a general literary, scientific or cultural benefit or to achieve a personal gain such as fame.
