The study aimed to identify the nature of domestic violence against men, and the causes and repercussions that lead to the spread of the phenomenon of domestic violence against men in our societies and its impact on the relationship between spouses, children and fathers within the family.

The message concluded that domestic violence against men is an existing phenomenon, albeit one that is clearly inflexible due to social stereotypes that diminish the recognition of men as victims. Violence takes many forms, such as physical, psychological, emotional and economic violence, with psychological violence being the most common and difficult to document.
