The message aimed to clarify the role of the United Nations in resolving international crises as a whole and its role in resolving the crises of Libya and Sudan after 2011 in particular, starting from the historical development of the establishment of the United Nations, which came in a number of statements and conferences that ultimately led to the establishment of the United Nations Organization, whose first goals and objectives were to achieve international peace and security.
The message concluded that the United Nations plays an important role in resolving many crises in the world, including the crises of Libya and Sudan, and despite the efforts made by the United Nations regarding the crisis in Libya and Sudan, its role did not rise to the required level, due to the interference of external regional and international actors in those crises.
