The thesis, which was discussed in the presence of the Dean of the College of Law and Political Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Murad Saeb Mahmoud, aimed to explain the concept of minor marriage, cases of marriage, and the position of Islamic law and jurisprudence on it. And to explain the capacity of the married minor and the capacity to acquire political and civil rights and the right to litigation in Islamic jurisprudence.

The thesis concluded that the dowry is a financial right for the wife given within the marriage contract, and the married minor has the right to receive it with the same rights that an adult adult obtains, except that she needs a legal guardian to manage her money. The dowry belongs to the wife alone and her guardians may not dispose of it except on her behalf.
